The NRIs win three one run games.  In the second game the winning run scored in the bottom of the ninth on a two out balk by Zach Jackson.  Jackson was pitching to a bad hitter so he probably would have got him out and he didn't have any real life balks.

For the NRIs at Halifax, let the computer manager pick the starting pitchers, please use the following lineups:

Peralta - RHP hurt LHB
Wainwright - RHP neutral
Gilbert - RHP hurt LHB a lot

BDM has an improbable walk off in G3 to notch the sweep against a depleted Rocket squad

G3: Carrasco pitches a gem. Guerrero, Buxton, and Suwinski all HR.  Julio HBP and out for 30 games.  Yay.  HUX 5-3.

The injury apocalypse continues for Temple City.  We add a 6th player to the IL in Drew Smyly (out 25 games) but there is resiliency and depth on the roster.  Somehow TCI take 4 out of 6.  The bullpen had a lot to do with it.

Rogers take 2 of 3 from BDM.

Game 4 - UCity puts a bunch of hits together in the 2nd to plate 5 and Walker holds the French Terrier's bats in check as the home team wins 5-1.  Game 5 - Miranda knocks in three runs as the Dogs pitchers induce 5 GIDP from the Anunnaki bats in a 4-0 Brockton win.  Game 6 - Bad Lauer makes an appearance and the game is pretty much over by the top of the third.  The only suspense is whether Brockton pitchers can run their scoreless inning streak to 25.  In a not so surprising development, they can.  8-0 visitors for the overall series split.
