Deadlines - 1st half deadline for first three games is Saturday, June 17th, 10 AM EDT. Deadline for 2nd half is Tuesday, June 20th, 10 PM EDT.

First three for Newark-Higglytown.  Three close games, home squad takes two.

Game 4 - A back and forth pitcher's duel sees BDM tie it in the 8th and then a Contreras homer wins in it the 11th - 3-2 BDM.  Game 5 - The Anunnaki get homers from Rojas, Statnon, Acuna, and emergency shortstop Nick Castellanos, and Juan Soto's bid for a game tying grand slam is caught at the wall and the home team wins 6-2.  Game 6 - Ryan Pepiot gives up 6 hits and 8 walks in 3 innings as Being wins a laugher 11-1.  Enough of a laugher that Harrison Bader was allowed to play catcher the last 2 innings.  That DMB engine, it's pretty smart.

G1: First 3 SIS batters reach base, then Soler hits a grand slam.  SIS 5-4
G2: Newman clutch 3B sends to extras where Chinook prevail. TBC 6-5 (13)
G3: Pollock w/ 2 doubles, Kershaw takes first loss of season.  SIS 7-3.
G4: Rodriguez and Trevino hit 3 HRs between them. TBC 6-2.
G5: Bart basically drives in all 3 Chinook runs.  Verlander good.  TBC 3-1.
G6: Rodriguez uses speed to beat out a FC at home for the game winner.  TBC 2-1.

Played all six. Rogers win five. Series highlights:

Game 2: 11 innings, Rogers win on the strength of 4 HRs and 4 SBs.

Game 3: 12 innings, Isotopes come out ahead.

Game 4: Isotopes race out to 9-0 and 13-2 leads but the leads don't hold. Rogers score the final 13 runs including 3 in the bottom of the 9th to win 14-13. Rogers hit 6 HR, three by Trout and two by Judge.

Game 5: Rogers steal 7 bases on their way to the win.

MP should be ok for the next series. Watch to make sure the computer doesn't start a tired pitcher. If so just swap with any non-tired pitcher.

In the opener Walker hit a 3 run HR and Severino (6-2) out dueled Burnes (7-5) as the Heroes.  The Hose went on to win the next five games though most were close: 6-5, 5-4, 3-2, 7-3 & 4-3.  No injuries.

Pale Hose MP if fine for next series vs. Terriers.
