Kremer (2-2) and the Hose pen only allow one run - a HR by Pederson - while scoring 3 off of Bundy (0-2) opening with a 3-1 win.  Both teams scored a bunch more runs in the middle game as Archer, in spite of a 4.30 ERA, improves to 4-0 and the Hose win 9-6 - Jiminez and Stubbs both recording 3 RBI.  In the finale the Hose outscore the Rogers 3-2 in the 9th and 4-3 in the game to gain a sweep at home. [Stubbs was injured for this game and 4 more days]  Onto Rocket ...

Canons @ Wagstaffs. Wagstaffs win 3 1-run games and probably only deserved one of the wins.

Home team gets the sheet.  SPs are Anderson, Wheeler, Blackburn.  Use RHP neutral lineup vs Dunning, Steele and Martinez.  Good luck!

Sisikyou gets our first sweep defeating Ogden Dunes.

Game One: Rotisserie 6-2. Mahle chased after two outs for reasons I don't understand. Walked one, got two outs, gave up a hit, and was lifted. I dunno.

Game Two: Rotisserie 7-1. Bats really came alive this series. Otto goes the full nine with just the one run, and 9ks against no walks.

Game Three: Rotisserie 7-0. Gausman gets his first win, and it's a bit of a cakewalk as we score six by the end of the 2nd, chasing the Ox starter early for the third time in three days. Gaus gets the CGSO in addition to his first win.

G1: Rainers rally w/ 4 straight singles in the 7th and quality relief from Mayza, Hicks, & Boxberger.  SEA 5-3.
G2: Balls were flying out of Dodger Stadium w/ 7 HRs across both teams.  J. Rodriguez had two and drove in six.  THU 14-6.
G3: Aaron Nola had a no-no into the 6th and managed to go the distance.  THU 7-3.

Higglytown Heroes take 2 out of 3 at home then another 2 on the road against the Isotopes.

HH's bad injury luck continues as Jose Iglesias is injured until 5/11.

Game 1 was a strong start by Drew Rasmussen but he gassed in the 6th.  Garret Hill came on and got his second 3-inning save and resuscitated TCI's exhausted bullpen.  But HH's come through strong in the next two with Danny Mendick filling in manfully at SS following HH's second SS injury. As one might expect from a guy whose last name starts with the plural of "man" and ends in "dick".

All six games attached.

Brockton VS NRI
NRI takes two of three
Too much conservatism on the base paths might have cost game 2.
Computer manager can pick starters
Use save lineups as labeled.

Rogers sweep in three close games.

BTW, Rogers' MP is ready. As always feel free to make any reasonable roster/lineup decisions needed without checking with me.

Thanks

Portland's brittle starters, Fried, Woodruff and Gonsolin are tough to beat when healthy, as Portland sweeps the last three games of the series.
