2021 Series 16
#1
TRHL Owners,

Series 15 has been completed.

We have arrived at the All Star Break. Adjust MP as you wish.

1st half results not submitted:
Evil Empire @ Pale Hose
Wagstaffs @ Wind

2nd half results not submitted:
Pale Hose @ Evil Empire
Wind @ Wagstaffs
Clowns @ Rattlers

(*) - Backup results submitted
(**) - Notified in advance

Automatic farmings due to overuse:
1. Heroes - Grayson Greiner, Jansen promoted.
2. Rogers - Cavan Biggio and Ryan Thompson, Bradley and Hernandez promoted.
3. Terriers - Chris Rodriguez, Jeffries promoted.
4. Clowns - Mitch White, see transactions.
5. Rattlers - Wily Peralta, Keller promoted.

Any promotions by the file drone can be changed prior to the playing of the current series' games, and the re-farming does not acount toward the three farm limit. File drone promotes to players to ensure active roster is at mandatory minimum 25 (maximum 26) players.

Transactions:
1. Whitecaps sign Clarke Schmidt, Jovani Moran, Matt Bush* ($2), Lucas Gilbreath, Jose Ruiz, and Garrett Crochet ($4), release Brent Suter, Dakota Hudson, and Jose Siri.
2. Clowns sign Kyle Tyler, Reiss Knehr, and A.J. Alexy, release Alfonso Rivas, Taylor Jones, and Kwang Hyun Kim.
3. BDM sign Will Vest* ($2), release Franchy Cordero.
4. Chinook sign Adrian Morejon, Peter Lambert, Estevan Florial, and Ildemaro Vargas, release Jake Lamb, Hoby Milner, Zach Pop, and Tomas Nido.
5. Anunnaki sign Brian Goodwin, release Kervin Castro.

* - Whitecaps with worse record than BDM won claim for Bush, but then they both bid $2 on Vest, so I gave Vest to BDM since Whitecaps won the first waiver battle. Similar to what we decided in LBBL - team with worse record shouldn't receive all the players if same claims on multiple players. Go in order.

For NRIs at Heroes, let computer manager pick starting pitchers.  Please use the following lineups:

RHP Neutral - Morgan, Fedde
RHP hurt LHB - Paddack
LHP hurt LHB - Lynch, Hill

Siskiyou MP for Wichita. Should start with Gausman at the top of the rotation.

BDM takes three; Anderson hurt for 10.  SPs should be Matz, Bauer, Ross.  Use lineup 3 "vs RHP Castro" against Azolay, lineup 4 "vs RHP Inverse" against Davies and Castillo.  Good luck.

The teams trade 4-3 games in the first two before UCity wins a laugher in game 3.  No injuries.

Game three might have gone better had I actually promoted the pitcher to the active roster that I had in the manager profile.  Too bad that the computer manager picked Chacin to start instead of Gonsolin.  Can't complain that you didn't override it, since I specifically said, let computer manger pick starting pitchers.   Need to start naming my starters...

Canons win first two games and come back from 2-0 to take the third into extra innings. But Outlaws score four in the tenth to avoid the sweep and end the Canons' winning streak. No injuries of note.

French Terriers take 2 of 3, as the McCallions can only manage three runs.

For lineups, please use the (No France) ones for Vs. LHP and Vs. RHP, until he's no longer injured.  Starters should be Ober, Kikuchi, and Steele.

Home teams won all six.  G6 was probably the Chinook season highlight w/ a Wade Jr. walkoff grand slam to win it 9-7.

The Whitecaps and Terriers split the six, I played all six at Michael's request. I think Hoskins should be activated by the drone and the MP tweaked; sounds like Michael has stuff to deal with.

Not a good result for Heroes as NRIs win 2 of 3 and Fedde hurt for a month and Meadows hurt for a week.

Disastrous 1-5 series for Siskiyou. Pretty thrilling for the Wichita fans though.

Game One: Wind 9-8 (11). Wind tie it up with two in the 8th and one in the 9th. Rotisserie goes ahead with one in the 10th, but then Wind tie it up again in the bottom of the inning, before finally walking it off in the 11th.

Game Two: Rotisserie 9-3. We get our one win of the period in a runaway where Giolito goes 7 giving up 3 runs, with 11Ks and 2 BBs.

Game Three: Wind 3-2. Buehler nearly outduels deGrom, as Siskiyou takes a 2-1 lead in the 9th. Unfortunately Pressly does Pressly things, giving up a pair of runs in the 9th to again walk us off.

Game Four: Wind 3-2. Back at home surely our luck will improve? Nope. Solid game though. Both teams score their runs in a single inning, and while Rotisserie scores first, Wind scores more, and that's that.

Game Five: Wind 12-1. Just fucking shoot us and get it over with. Five runs in the 9th put this game into stupid blowout range. Urias gets a near-Maddux, albeit in 8, and gives up one run, on 98 pitches (is it a Maddox if the SP only goes 8?).

Game Six: Wind 1-0. Gaus back on the mound for us so surely we can get this last game. Nope. Only gives up one run in 6, but McClanahan blanks us, and Suarez completes the shutout.

Oh, and we lost Wong for a couple weeks to injury.

Rotisserie drops to .500 on the season. Haven't looked for any players in particular, but we're throwing in the towel, so if anyone wants some of our parts with less future value and can offer more future value, holler.

MP ready for next series.
