Series 20 has been completed. League file attached.
After this upcoming series, we will be in September and the replacement level system will be enabled. You will then be able to use players past 110% at replacement level.

1. Being Don Mattingly - Bo Naylor, Wells promoted.
2. Clowns - Curtis Mead, Tom Murphy, and Tanner Bibee, see transactions.

4. Dogs - Joey Estes, Stubbs promoted.
5. Whitecaps - Carmen Mlodzinski, Aaron Civale, Means and Miley promoted.
6. Wagstaffs - Vince Velasquez, Fleming promoted.
